Welcome to this gorgeous two bedroom two bathroom condo with tons of natural light, vaulted ceilings, cavernous floorplan and elegant water vistas from your private balcony. This condo is located within two miles of Surfside Beach and is part of the esteemed and active community of Grandiose Palms Resort. Surfside is Myrtle's smaller, quieter, more laidback little sister.

With two miles of pristine coastline that are cleaned daily and monitored by lifeguards to keep everybody safe, you can feel comfortable bringing the whole crew for a day of family fun. The town is also home to seven parks and the brand new iconic 800-foot Surfside Pier. If you've got older kids, they'll adore the thrill-seeking adventure of a jet ski ride or parasail flight with Shoreline Watersports. Hudson's Surfside Flea Market, the area's biggest and oldest open-air flea market, is owned by the third generation of its original owners. The 70,000-square-foot covered market features 400 vendor spaces selling everything from antiques and golf equipment to apparel and one-of-a-kind handmade goods.

The owner has supplied multiple home upgrades like a intelligent TV in the living area, as well as intelligent TV's in other bedrooms. Also included is high speed WIFI.

Pizza Heyna was Voted “Finest on the Grand Strand,” this wacky pizza shop is like no other in the area! All of their pizzas are 10 inches and “WILD” fired Neapolitan style in a 700-degree oven. A local favorite is the Sour Puss pie topped with garlic sauce, dill pickles, fresh mozzarella cheese and dill weed. Other pies include toppings like pork belly, gyro meat, smoked gouda, kale pesto and even carnitas pork. The restaurant also has sammies, salads and a great list of apps.
