Modern Conveniences: Savor the convenience of a completely-equipped kitchen with Samsung appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A Kenmore vertical washer/dryer is also available for your use.
Entertainment: Unwind with Roku TV in the living room and cable TV in both bedrooms.
Comfort and Convenience: Each bedroom is well-appointed with ample pillows, bed linens, and room-darkening shades for a restful sleep. The Master bedroom has its own private bathroom.
Parking: Free parking is available on the premises, making it painless for you to come and go as you please.
Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.
We do ask that our Guests be respectful and mindful of these neighbors. Parking is stringently for two cars.

Also required, $1000 deposit and $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be finished as well.
You must be 25 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must also be staying in the Condo.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have supplied laundry detergent for your convenience.

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
