We are ready to welcome you to our Ocean View Two Bedroom Condo located at the charming Beach Colony Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach!

Our two bedroom condo can sleep up to eight guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels, and NO departure cleaning fee. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk.

Our Ocean View Two Bedroom Condo features all the amenities of home including:

Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach.   • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
