You’re on vacation so just bring the family, flip-flops and relax at this new 3-bedroom 2 bath stick-constructed pier home that has been professionally decorated. The home is located on a dead-end road with tons of privacy. Appreciate all the EXTRA PERKS this beach villa has to offer: New intelligent TVs and ceiling fans in every bedroom/living room, FULL SIZE washer/dryer, not one but TWO striking outdoor entertainment areas including TV, couches, chairs, professional gas grille, kids and adults swing chairs and beach chairs for the family to savor. Finest of all, OPTIONAL LIMO GOLF CART that comfortably seats 4 with beach/pool gear.
