This meticulously maintained three bedroom two bath ground floor condo has been owned by the same owners since it was constructed. It will sleep six comfortably. The king bed in master can be separated into twins and the guest bedrooms have two twin beds each.

There are two full bathrooms. The guest bathroom has a full size washer. Appreciate the on suite master bathroom enormous walk in shower. Substantial dining table will seat six and galley kitchen has the essentials to prepare gormet meals.
Flat screen TV please bring your streaming device or a cellualr device with you to stream all your favorite dhows. , both bedrooms and complimentary HIGH speed WiFi is supplied. Savor the roomy and inviting screened porch. This makes your morning coffee and evening drinks even better.

Located in The Fairways at River Oaks. This community offers a great hideaway with a huge pool and picnic area just a short walk from the condo doorstep. Conveniences include a sizable pool, kiddie pool, hottub and plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. Picnic area has communal charcoal grille, picnic table and gazebo for guests enjoyment. Additional charcoal grille located just outside condo. Starter paper products, bed liens and bath towels are supplied.
