This meticulously maintained three bedroom two bath ground floor condo has been owned by the same owners since it was constructed. It will sleep six comfortably. The king bed in master can be separated into twins and the guest bedrooms have two twin beds each.

There are two full bathrooms. The guest bathroom has a full size washer. Appreciate the on suite master bathroom enormous walk in shower. Enormous dining table will seat six and galley kitchen has the essentials to prepare gormet meals.

Located in The Fairways at River Oaks. This community offers a great hideaway with a sizable pool and picnic area just a short walk from the condo doorstep. Conveniences include a huge pool, kiddie pool, hottub and plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. Picnic area has communal charcoal grille, picnic table and gazebo for guests enjoyment. Additional charcoal grille located just outside condo. Starter paper products, bed liens and bath towels are supplied.
