FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at 1PM. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: Is parking included?'
A: YES, parking is convenient and supplied for up to 2 cars.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not supplied in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Animals are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept modest dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and home rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty modest appliance you appreciate, please feel complimentary to bring it along.

Tricks and tips to get the very best rental experience:
Get the most from your budget:
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Myrtle Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guides have money saving offers on local accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Planning, selecting, and booking yourrental home:
- Choose vacation dates and maximum budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration you need. Charming 2BR*Pool*FREE Tickets*W22 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is almost always available on booking pages. Otherwise, contact the property manager before booking the property. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Some rental properties allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property management company about pets before booking.
- Visiting for a specific event or attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.
More tips for your stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property. Store the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Lock your vacation home while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- At Check-in, make note of any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to propel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
