FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at 1PM. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets supplied?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: Is parking included?'
A: YES, parking is convenient and supplied for up to 2 cars.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Animals are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept modest dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and home rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty modest appliance you appreciate, please feel complimentary to bring it along.

We appreciate this neighborhood of Magnolia Pointe. It is a peaceful semi-residential neighborhood, but still close to everything. Is the ideal place for a calming vacation.
From here, you can enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer (Myrtle Beach Pavilion, Broadway At The Beach, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Museum, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Hollywood Wax Museum, Myrtle Beach Room Escape, Radical Ropes, Myrtle Beach Safari, SkyWheel, Myrtle Beach Speedway, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The Pavilion, Landry's, Hard Rock Café and more!).
Travel a little bit North, and you will find additional great dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences at and around Barefoot Landing (Greg Norman's Australian Grille, Boardwalk Billy’s, Flying Fish Public Market & Grille, 21 Main At North Beach and Lulu's). North Myrtle Beach is great for adults and kids alike.
For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, there are many options within walking distance and other transportation options are available. There are plenty of taxi cabs available. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.
Please be aware that it is very busy during bicycle weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bicycle Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and busy conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow tons or on the street during the busiest times.
This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not supplied. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are supplied as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.
Conveniences may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management.

Getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
How to get the best value:
- To find the best value, try changing your vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Booking websites typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
- Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which often include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
How to choose and book the perfect Myrtle Beach rental:
- Select vacation week and budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. Charming 2BR*Pool*FREE Tickets*W22 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is usually available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property manager before you book the rental. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- Is your family looking for particular amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.
- If your group is traveling with pets, you must book a pet-friendly property. Request information on breed, weight, and type requirements. Often, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
Advice for a smooth stay:
- Add the host's contact information to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Record any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if a dispute arises.
- Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would at home.
- Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
- Leave a review! Hosts rely on good ratings to compel more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
