We kindly ask please do NOT book with animals due to severe family allergies. We stay at this vacation home during breaks. A fee of $150 per nighttime, per unapproved pet, will be charged if our "no pet policy" is broken, and the stay will be cancelled. Please respect our situation.

For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter pack consisting of a few essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, Shampoo/soap, dish soap & dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. Items are not replenished during your stay, if more are required there is a grocery store close by.
Parking: the property can only accommodate two cars! The garage is very tight and can park up to a 7-passenger SUV, but not bigger SUVs or pick-up trucks. When you park in the garage, make sure to collapse the side mirrors! The garage door is very narrow and your side mirrors are likely to be damaged without collapsing them when entering/existing.

Please do not PLAY with the thermostats. Nor mix up the mode of the two thermostats in the home. We just installed a brand new AC system.
(i.e., either both Heat or both Cool; not one Heat and the other Cool)
Excessive changing of the temperature/operating mode will damage the AC unit. Any damages to the AC unit caused by misuse or neglect may result in up to $9,000 for repairs or replacement
No refund will be made due to power outages or malfunctions with TVs, internet service, heater, water heater, or other equipment and appliances, or for carpet stains, or for the sighting of insects or other animals. Getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Finding the best rental home value:
- Summertime is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
- Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitor guides have discounts for local tours, shops, and attractions.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Select your vacation week and budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. Free Arcade Games 3 bedrooms in Cozy retreat in the heart of MB has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly available on booking pages. If not, email or call the property manager before booking the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Are you looking for specific amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. .
- If your family is bringing pets, you must book a property that allows animals. Request specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Some hosts charge additional pet fees.
More considerations:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property. Store the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Make a record of any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if there is a dispute.
- Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be respectful. Often times, nearby homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your rental while you're out. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a terrific time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
