You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
