FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Can I Pay for Access to Additional Conveniences?'
A: NO – Sorry, but the building front desk has decided that they do not want to share access to specific amenities that they directly own. They do not allow guests to purchase entry to those amenities. You will still have access to the amenities listed here at no additional charge and never have to pay a resort fee for that access.
Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets supplied?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is complimentary for TWO car. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don't write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024).
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season (June to September). During this time, you will receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be supplied with enough. We receive limited numbers of silicone pool bands and then we have to purchase them. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge. If you receive paper pool bands, those can be disposed of when you leave.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won't fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not supplied in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Animals are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept modest dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and home rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty modest appliance you enjoy, please feel complimentary to bring it along.

Booking the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Getting the best rental home value:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is a good way to save on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
- The earlier you can book, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
- Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, travel guides contain coupons for nearby tours and attractions.
Planning and choosing a perfectvacation home:
- First and foremost, have your group select trip dates and a maximum budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. *Incredible Sunset*KING Bed*Pools, Hot Tubs*M23 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally accessible on booking pages. If not, email the property manager before you book the rental. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to work out what configuration is suitable for your trip.
- Visiting for a specific attraction or event? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about pet restrictions before booking.
Tips for a wonderful stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Save the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
- To make sure damages are not linked to your stay, inspect for any problem areas when you arrive. Contact the property manager right away to record any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a fantastic source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
- Did you have a great time? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
