FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Can I Pay for Access to Additional Conveniences?'
A: NO – Sorry, but the building front desk has decided that they do not want to share access to specific amenities that they directly own. They do not allow guests to purchase entry to those amenities. You will still have access to the amenities listed here at no additional charge and never have to pay a resort fee for that access.
Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets supplied?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is complimentary for TWO car. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don't write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024).
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season (June to September). During this time, you will receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be supplied with enough. We receive limited numbers of silicone pool bands and then we have to purchase them. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge. If you receive paper pool bands, those can be disposed of when you leave.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won't fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Animals are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept modest dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and home rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty modest appliance you enjoy, please feel complimentary to bring it along.

Rental booking tips and tricks:
Money saving strategies:
- To find the most suitable rental home within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
- Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Property managers frequently offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which will include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Choosing the best rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- First, have your group commit to the best dates and a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Lovely Beach View Condo*King*Pool*FREE Tickets*M23 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible online. If they are not listed, email or call the property management company before you book the home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to work out which bed configuration is suitable for your trip.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach beach you long to visit, search for properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- If your family is bringing pets, you will need a pet-friendly vacation rental. Get information on breed, size, and type requirements. Often, hosts require additional pet deposits and fees.
Tips for your stay:
- Add the host's information to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Note any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately contact the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent a lot of concerns.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your peaceful home life. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would've never otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect your property!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
- Did your family have a excellent time? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
