The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 11th floor, direct ocean front condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront 1 bedroom is completely furnished with 2 full size beds, 1 full size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests savor having their own private balcony where they can relax and appreciate both the vistas of the ocean as well as the pools.
Upon entering, guests will enter through the bedroom. The bedroom features 2 full size beds, closet and dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, and AC unit. Each bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.
The kitchen area is full size and features a full size stove and oven, upsized cabinet space, a microwave, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities.
Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet and shower/tub in one area, and the sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features an upsized granite slab, mirror, and sink.
Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the expansive, oceanfront vistas. The living room is the most fashionable area of the apartment, and it features a full size murphy bed (wall bed), couch, accent chair, AC unit, commercial blackout curtains, TV with digital cable, and a dining table with chairs. Guests will also access the private balcony from this area.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Strategies to get the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
How to get the best value:
- Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the most suitable rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants and activities.
- The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- Some property management companies offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
- Property managers frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which often include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Planning and picking yourrental:
- Begin by choosing the best vacation week and a budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Landmark 1134~Incredible Views! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is usually accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property manager before you reserve the home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to establish which bed configuration is optimal for your group.
- Does your family require unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Some rental properties allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property manager about pets before booking.
Additional considerations:
- Put the manager's information in your smartphone.
- To make sure that no damages are attributed to your visit, make note of any problem areas when you arrive. Contact the property manager immediately to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents many issues.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your rental home while you are out. Protect your property!
- At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a fantastic time? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
