FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:

Q: How has COVID affected access to conveniences?
A: The beach is open! Area eateries are open for indoor seating, outdoor seating, delivery, and take out. THE POOLS AND WATER AMENITIES ARE ALSO OPEN! Availability and closures are subject to change without notice, and resort eateries/bars/indoor non-water amenities may be limited or unavailable to private rental guests due to social distancing.

Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.

Q: 'Can I Pay for Access to Additional Conveniences?'
A: NO – Sorry, but the building front desk has decided that they do not want to share access to specific amenities that they directly own. They do not allow guests to purchase entry to those amenities. You will still have access to the amenities listed here at no additional charge and never have to pay a resort fee for that access.

Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon.  The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.

Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.

Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $30 per week (Spring 2022).

Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season. During this time, you should receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be supplied with enough. We receive limited numbers of pool bands and then we have to purchase them. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.

Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.

Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Family Animals are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept modest dogs. Contact us for more details.

Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and home rules for more information about smoking.

Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty modest appliance you enjoy, please feel complimentary to bring it along.

Tricks and tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:

Find your best deal:

  • To get the best vacation home within budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which will include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Finding the best rental home:

  • Start by choosing vacation dates and a maximum budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. *All NEW & AWEsome View*King Bed*Pools*Hot Tubs*La has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, contact the property management company before you reserve the rental. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches. You'll need to establish what is best for your vacation.
  • If there's a particular Myrtle Beach destination you are crazy about, search for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or costs might be applied to your agreement.

Additional considerations:

  • Add the owner's contact information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • To make sure that damages are not linked to your family's stay, make a record of any problem areas when you arrive. Call the property manager immediately to document your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent quite a few issues.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on great ratings to propel more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
