We have 2 units in this building, including one 3 bedroom/3 bath unit which is this unit and one 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. They are units 306 and 701.

About the condo:
This is a side view oceanfront 1600 sq ft 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 7th floor condo located in the most charming part of the north side of Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. This condo has the biggest floor plan with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. This condo offers a bespoke decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, complimentary wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are supplied with this rental. The master bedroom has a king bed with an in room private bathroom and private balcony. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a full on top and twin on the bottom in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV with a dresser and closet that gives you plenty of room for your person belongings. There is a sleeper couch in the living room.

The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks for you family including dishes, silverware, serving and cooking silverware, cookware, serving plates along with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The unit is also equipped with a stack-able washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and wireless internet access.

The resort offers many amenities including multiple pools including indoor and outdoor pools, a 200 ft lazy river, a kid's splash pool and hot tub. Connected to the property is a new water park that features a sizable swimming pool and many water based activities featuring a 60 ft tube slide. In addition there is an exercise room, game room, meeting rooms, gift shop and informal lounge.

About the area:
There are many fun filled family activities a short distance from the condo. The Pavilion, a family theme park is a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. The area is filled with miniature golf courses, stores, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all just a short distance from your doorstep. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Palace Theater. The Sea Captain an award wining seafood restaurant located adjacent to this building.

Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many eateries and stores to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll appreciate your stay in this handsome 4 bedroom oceanfront condo.

This property is Smoke Free. Guests may only smoke in the designated smoking area. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room.

This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your event smoked inside the unit or on the balconies.

This is a no family pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300.

You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old.

There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met:

• No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in
• Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner
• All kitchen silverware, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly
• No linens or household items are missing or damaged
• No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner
• The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies
• No pets of any kind are kept on premises
• No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium
• Loud noise is not allowed in the building, the property or unit
• You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner

Cancellation Policy:
• You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in
• You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in
• If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in
• We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met

We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your event are made aware of these prior to checking in.

Tenant agrees to the following:
1. Maintain the premises in good condition.
2. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner.
3. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time.
4. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit.
5. Be responsible for and reimburse owner for replacement or repair of any damage to the condo or contents thereof caused as a result of misuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the Tenant or Tenant’s family, or guest for damage done above the amount held for the damage deposit.
6. Hold Owner harmless from any claims, action, damages, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage or loss to personal property, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the leased premises, occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Tenant, or Tenant’s family, or guests or as the result of any defective item on the premises.
