Located just a few streets over from the "Camptown Center" this home will have you on a peaceful side street but close enough to all the action.

This rental does include a complimentary golf cart. All operators must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license. Additional rules may apply per the rental agreement.

Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are supplied in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per car, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not supplied in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 1 enormous car or two compact cars at this site. If you have additional cars, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for paying your deposit to hold the reservation. The payment link is only active for 24 hours. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or applied to your invoice.

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your peaceful home life. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
