located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only entirely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, Very comfortable condo. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Modest balcony with charming golf course view.
*Sheets and linens supplied. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
* Pool entry with red access key card only. You can find the key card in the kitchen drawer. (Key is photographed before each check in) please Keep the card in a safe with you and do not pass it to other people. Please make sure to return the key card to the kitchen drawer before checking out. There is a $100 charge for lost/broken key card.
*NO MAILBOX for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is complimentary.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.
*NO MAILBOX for this location.
