Come experience a ideal hideaway spot for calming and creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. This oceanview lockout perched on the 9th floor of the South Hampton high-rise affords vistas of the ocean, Arrowhead Lake and the lush landscape of Kingston Plantation -- a 145-acre oceanfront, resort-style community.
This room offers a serene vacation by the sea that can accommodate up to four people if needed. It's ideal and convenient for a fabulous hideaway for a modest family, close friends or even convention accommodation sharing. It has 2 queen beds, a dinette area, coffeemaker, modest refrigerator, a private balcony, complimentary parking, huge wall mounted Intelligent TV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. This room is furnished with extravagant bed linens, bath towels and washcloths and is equipped with modest bottles of starter body wash, and conditioning shampoo.
This is such a versatile location with eateries within its walls and golf, shopping, activities and "Restaurant Row" waiting just outside its perimeter. If close to the action (but located safely away from it) is your comfort level, then 902-A South Hampton is ideal for you... and we haven't even mentioned that two of the three pools that you will have access to during the summer season are located on the south and north sides of our high-rise! (This would probably be a good time for us to tell you that, when renting through us, you will not have access to the exercise center or the water amenities at the Embassy Suites and Hilton hotels. Unfortunately, those features are reserved for guests who book through them.) You WILL, however, have access to all the beach, ocean and eateries (including the newly added Black Drum Brewing) that you can handle (plus the three pools we mentioned are open during the summer season).
***Please note that if you are looking for more space, ask us about our two bedroom/two full bath adjoined condo (902)! It is rented through Vacation Rental By Owner as well. If available at the time of your inquiry, it could be rented in addition to this condo to expand your accommodations space!***

How to get the best rental experience:
Money saving strategies:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
- Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Look for your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, travel guide magazines contain money saving offers on local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
Planning and choosing the rightrental:
- First and foremost, have your group agree to the best dates and a max budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Luxurious Oceanview Condo at Kingston Plantation, 2 Queen Beds & Full Bath. has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available on booking pages. If not, email the property manager before booking the property. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches. You'll need to determine what is suitable for your vacation group.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and others do not. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the host about your furry family members before booking.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction? Use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking
During your stay:
- Put the owner's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Lock your vacation home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
- During check-in, note any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your peaceful home. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a excellent vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
