Kingston Resort is CENTRALLY LOCATED right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach meet - accepting you to appreciate the best of both towns while still having the tranquility and privacy of an oceanfront getaway. While the gorgeous Atlantic ocean and famed Apache Pier are enough to keep you occupied, there are also hundreds (literally) of stores and eateries close by to discover and dozens of entertainment options. These include House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, the stores at Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Myrtle Beach Mall and Bass Pro Stores, Carolina Opry, Pirate`s Voyage, Greg Norman`s Australian Grille, the world famed Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, about a dozen golf courses just to name a few... and all within a 5 min. drive from the condo! Delightfully appointed, our ocean view condo is over 3300 square feet and offers an open floor plan with plenty of room to spread out. The roomy upgraded kitchen is entirely supplied, and the dining area offers seating for 8. Our living room has a handsome view of the ocean and has plenty of comfortable seating for calming after a long day at the beach. Chill out and watch your favorite show on our 55” FLAT SCREEN TV or enjoy a movie. There is an ABSOLUTELY HUGE MAIN BALCONY as well as a PRIVATE SECONDARY BALCONY - totaling OVER 500 SQUARE FEET OF BALCONY SPACE! Sit back, sip a drink or beverage, and watch the waves roll in and the sun drop down on another great day at the beach.

Restaurant & bar in walking distance. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, eateries, shopping, and more less than 5 mins. away.

-Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
-Parking Restrictions: -Motorcycles can park complimentary in designated parking near the entrance. - Trailers can park for $25/per day near the guard gate in a designated lot - fee is paid by credit card at automated machine.Electric car charging stations are located at the Embassy Suites hotel in the resort (charging fee applies). There is 1 Tesla and 1 standard station.
-No grilles on premises.
-Pool may be closed November 1st-April 1st depending on maintenance at Kingston

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
