Welcome to Magnolia Place 201 - located in Myrtlewood Golf Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach! This handsome three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is just mins. away from Broadway at the Beach and the famed Myrtle Beach Boulevard & Boardwalk.
When you arrive in this second floor condo, you will find a roomy living area, completely-equipped kitchen, and dining area. There is a private balcony with direct vistas of the pool! In the master bedroom, there is a comfortable king-size bed with an ample amount of space for your belongings and a private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a king bed, with a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is located right outside of the second bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 twins. This unit can accommodate up to six guests!
The Magnolia complex is in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North. A visit to Broadway at the Beach must be on your "to-do" list while visiting. There are stores, stores, eateries, bars, a movie theater, kiddie rides, and even an upside-down home next door. If shopping pleases you, within mins. of Magnolia Place, you can visit Tanger Outlets, the Coastal Grandiose Mall, and hundreds of beach stores and stores. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has it all!
Magnolia Place is just a little over five mins. away from the pretty Atlantic Ocean and sandy beach! Location and comfort are a few of the many perks you will appreciate while staying at Magnolia Place.
Cleaning and Sanitation - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the entire condo, especially on high touch surfaces. When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Generous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Substantial Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Extensive Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Located in Central Myrtle Beach, a neighborhood in Myrtle Beach, this condo is near theme parks and by the sea. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:

• Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property managers typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers bothering your peaceful home life. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and attractions you would've not otherwise known about!
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected everything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a terrific time? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
