Our condo is located in Maison Sur Mer, which is considered Ocean Front Living at it's FINEST! This 2BR/2BA condo is extremely sizable and roomy with covered balconies off each room. The balconies include impressive vistas that you can't find anywhere else in Myrtle Beach. The best Oceanside pools in Myrtle Beach. Game rooms and exercise room included.

With isolated split bedroom suites; The Master bedroom suite has a private bath with a walk-in shower, King size bed, dresser, two nightstands, walk-in closet, Flat screen TV with cable access, an upsized chair with ottoman and it's own private balcony complete with two chairs. The enormous guest bedroom suite has a private bath with a walk-in shower, 2 Queen size beds with one nightstand located between them, dresser, one nightstand located between the two beds, walk-in closet, Flat screen TV with cable access and balcony access.

The living room is located with a couch, adore seat, one arm chair, end table and an ottoman, huge flat screen TV with cable access on our handsome entertainment stand. Our Sizable central living room is the ideal spot to kick back and relax while watching TV or appreciating the BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT side vistas, with access to the private balcony through the sliding glass doors and guest bedroom.

Convenient unassigned open parking is limited to two cars per unit during the summer season. Parking permits are REQUIRED & Must be displayed in your car for the duration of your stay. Motorcycles, Recreational Vehicles, and Trailers are PROHIBTED by the Homeowners Association.

Generous events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Umbrellas and chairs can be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
