NOTES:
- The outdoor spa is currently closed until further notice due to an issue with the sand filter drain plug. The plug has broken, and in order to replace it, we will need to shovel out the sand from the filter.
- Starting 3/17/2025, the HOA will begin the work for the deck repairs / coating and the balcony sliding door pin replacements. The exterior work will start on the top floor and work down on each tower by scaffolding. Guests may experience construction noise during the day, and some vistas may be partially obstructed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the work is finished.
Deck Repairs / Coating:
Please note that the deck repair and coating requires NO walking or placement of furnishings for one week in order to cure properly.
Balcony Sliding Door Pin Replacement:
The engineer noted that balcony sliding door pins have begun to pull away from the ceilings. This requires repair to ensure a proper functioning slider. Depending on the unit, there may be some drywall and/or painting required after the concrete repair.

Vacation rental booking tips:
Finding your best deal:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
- Summer months are high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the largest rental home within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
- Property management companies usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
How to pick the best vacation home:
- To start, have your family choose date ranges and a maximum budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. Meridian Plaza, pools, lovely decor, new, nice! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is normally accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, email the property owner before reserving the vacation home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is optimal for your vacation.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or charges applied to your agreement.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach destination you are crazy about, search for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking
More tips for your visit:
- Be sure you get the owner's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your . We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent a lot of issues.
- Lock your rental while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- Document any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Respect your neighbors. Frequently, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
- Did you have a wonderful time? Many rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
