One of the things we appreciate about Ocean Escape Condos is the convenient location, which is on the second row of Ocean Boulevard and a fast walk to the beach. The property is located centrally in Myrtle Beach, making it simple to get to places on both the south end and north ends of Myrtle Beach. We are just a short ride away from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel and so much more that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this resort is near theme parks and near the beach. Broadway at the Beach is worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Splashes Oceanfront Water Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • To get the best rental within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
