Discover beautiful ocean vistas as you step out onto this condo’s cavernous balcony. This cheerful stay delivers a completely equipped kitchen and leather furnishings — ideal for comfort and convenience. Boasting flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, the whole crew can appreciate entertainment before bed. What could be better than Myrtle Beach’s oceanfront dining, plentiful pools, and splash areas? How about being just steps to the beach!
Early birds can sip their coffee while watching the gorgeous sunrise at the balcony’s table for two. Others can “join them” for breakfast and vistas at the handsome dining room table just by opening the patio doors. You’ve found a ideal way to start planning your day together!
You’ll feel enchanted to rustle up pancakes in this roomy kitchen. The opulent granite countertops and glass top stove would make any chef feel right at home. You may find “helpers” loitering on the barstools to sample your creations!
After splish-splashing in the pools or ocean, you can hang up your towels on the balcony and relax in the living room. The recliner may just call you over to curl up and doze off for an afternoon catnap. But with the TV as the focal point, you’ll want to grab some popcorn for a fun flick! The cushy couch doubles as a couch sleeper to accommodate two more guests.
Guests can rest their weary heads on the queen-sized bed and twin beds. You’ll also find plenty of lighting and storage space in both bedrooms. Master suite guests will find a private bathroom just for them while the rest can share the guest bathroom.
This appealing condo makes for a pleasing home away from home to spend time together for breathers between beach outings. Whether you’re looking for some seafood and drinks, waterfront tanning, or kid-friendly activities, Myrtle Beach Resort delivers all of that and more. Tricks and tips to get the best vacation property experience:
When to book a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
- Book your rental home in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
- Property management companies typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
How to select the perfect vacation home in Myrtle Beach:
- Choose your dates and max budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. A510 at The Myrtle Beach Resort: Beautifully Appointed Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property management company before reserving the rental. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or charges might be applied to your invoice.
- Visiting for a single event or attraction? If so, use a map search to find nearby properties.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
Some things to know before you go:
- Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the instructions to your phone.
- Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Lock your vacation home while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
- Note any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if a dispute is filed.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would've not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
- Leave feedback! Hosts rely on great ratings to compel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
