Appreciate a roomy, well-appointed two bedroom villa with accommodations for up to eight, entirely equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator/freezer, oven stove, microwave, all silverware, flatware, stemware, dishes and modest appliances you need for a full week of cooking. Featuring a private outdoor living space with table and chairs, a enormous living/dining room, barstools for casual dining at the counter and en suite suite laundry so you can return home with a suitcase of clean clothes. Each bedroom also has a TV and a DVD player and TV in the living room. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the main bedroom,  two queens in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room.

The 'woodsy' section is more shaded and features a water slide, dive-in movies, mini-splash park, treehouse, playground and shuffle board.  The hottub is near the salt water pool. There is a exercise center, sauna, indoor pool, ping pong and pool table.  There is an onsite spa.

By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund.  Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund.  This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Property Manager.  Photos are thought to be really representative of the resort and accommodations.  Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to remodel, unavailable conveniences, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter stringently between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Property Manager.


Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Property Manager reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing.  The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property.  Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Property Manager is not responsible for villa placement.


Please be advised that if a non-domestic credit card is used to reserve a vacation rental, additional costs may be incurred.

About the Area

Myrtle Beach is home to this villa. Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Cane Patch Par 3 & Driving Range and Chapin Memorial Park are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

When to book & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To find the largest rental for your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
• Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation home. Remember to be objective.
