This handsome beach home is owned and managed by us – there is no middle man. When you reach out, you will be talking directly with us!

The dining area seats nine. Six can gather around the table, and three more can sit at the adjacent breakfast bar. On the other side of the kitchen island is the well-equipped kitchen. New appliances, pots and pans, tableware, and dual coffee maker complete the kitchen.

There is also an outdoor charcoal grille available for your use!

✩ CLEANING: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning protocols are being performed.

✩ PARKING: Four cars can fit in the private driveway.

✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be included the door code at least 48 hours before arrival.

✩ BABY GEAR: We have a pack n' play, high chair, and infant gate available for use. There is no crib - just one pack n' play.

✩ CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, we will. However, late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $500 plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages.

Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furnishings and must be home-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate) when left at the property alone. The pet costs are due separately within 48 hours of booking.

• Property management companies usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
