We have both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, an oceanfront lawn full of lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and tables with umbrellas, complementary cable TV and wifi and there's no shortage of sandy beach and miraculous vistas!
We have completely remodeled our oceanfront condo with new paint, new floor, new living room and dining furnishings, new 55 inch TV, new drapes and linens, new lighting, new hot water heater, and much more... It's modern, it's crisp, it's casual and it's comfortable! We've supplied tons of home amenities, as well as storage for you to stow your own conveniences from home.
You can savor the most extraordinary sunrises (and sunsets!) and watching dolphins swim the shoreline from our private balcony; relax in the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; snuggle up with a good book in one of many lounge chairs located in the resort's gorgeously landscaped, oceanfront lawn; and walk a couple blocks to a variety of neighborhood eateries, coffee, donut and ice cream stores and wine bars! We are less than 10 blocks to Myrtle Beach's famed boardwalk and Sky Wheel, a half mile from the convention center, and less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Beach Pelican baseball field!
LR has a brand new, modern, queen sleeper-couch arriving late February, a 55" flat screen TV, and access to private balcony overlooking the ocean - you can see dolphin swimming in the ocean without having to leave the couch! We also have a brand new dining table that seats four with spectacular beach and ocean vistas!
BR has a king sized bed, flat screen TV, nice sized closet and dresser for storing your belongings!
Kitchen features granite counter tops with an eat-up bar, freshly painted walls and cabinets. It's modest, but completely equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans. Getting the best vacation home experience:
Getting the most from your rental home budget:
- Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, shift your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property managers usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Look for your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guides contain coupons for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Planning, selecting, and booking a perfect Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- Select a group leader, choose your trip dates, and select a maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your family requires. Newly renovated, modern, ocean front, prime location! Walk to everything! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is almost always available online. If you don't see them listed, contact the property manager before reserving the vacation property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Does your group require unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Some rentals allow pets, but some do not. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
More considerations:
- Store the manager's information in your smartphone.
- During check-in, note any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the host. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of difficulties.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Keep the property locked while you are gone! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a fantastic stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
