Summary:
2nd floor + elevator. Cozy and comfortable condo, walking distance to the beach, can accommodate up to 6 guests (recommended for 4 adults and 2 kids). Located close to ocean blvd. and all main attractions.
PET OWNERS: Only completely trained family family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. only 2 pets up to 50lbs are allowed.

The Space:
2nd floor, cozy & comfortable place, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, kitchen entirely equipped with all basics, AC, flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room. 2 double beds and 1 pullout couch. Sheets and linens included.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*No mailbox for this location.

Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Cane Patch Par 3 & Driving Range are also worth visiting.
