This 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom home offers charming vistas of the ocean from every room, excluding the bunk bed room. Savor the beauty of the coastline from every other space in the home!

909 Beachtime is just steps away from the beach—only 20 steps to be exact! Appreciate expansive ocean vistas from the comfort of our roomy deck, complete with a bespoke Tiki Bar featuring impressive lighting and décor, ideal for calming and soaking in the scenery.

Our family-owned property is a favorite among guests, with many returning year after year to experience the tranquility and appeal of this beachfront haven. Whether you’re relaxing on the deck or appreciating the striking ocean view from inside, you'll feel right at home in this coastal getaway.

Ocean Lakes offers an abundance of exceptional amenities, including a resort-style pool, water park, kids’ splash zone, lazy river, indoor pool, arcade, miniature golf, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, lakes for fishing, a recreation center, general store, and café. There are also bicycle units and ping pong tables available at the Rec Center, along with on-site church services. Enjoy tranquility of mind with 24-hour security patrols and gated entry. ID & Guest Information: Photos of IDs for all guests 16+ and a list of occupants must be sent to the property manager prior to arrival (for insurance and emergency purposes).
Compliance: All Ocean Lakes and South Carolina rules apply. Violations may result in removal from the property without a refund.
No Animals: Family Pets are not allowed. Evidence of family pets will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the property.
Propane Grille: Available for guest use.
No Golf Cart Violations: Please adhere to Ocean Lakes guidelines.
