The kitchen is definitely marvelous and features brand new stainless steel appliances, brand new cabinets, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. There are also bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating.
The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. Our guests will appreciate a newly purchased couch as well a new accent chairs, dining table, and stools. This apartment was gorgeously decorated in Spring 2021, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The couch converts to a queen-sized sleeper couch.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. Finding the best rental experience:
Sticking to your budget:
- Reserve your vacation in the Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Property managers often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which often include special offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Planning and choosing a perfect Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- Begin by selecting your the best vacation week and a budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Ocean view one bedroom - Palace 1810 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the property manager before booking the rental. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to establish what is right for your vacation.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach attraction you crave, search for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- If your family is bringing pets, you'll need to book a property that allows animals. Request information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, property managers charge additional pet fees.
Tips for your stay:
- Get the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home.
- To make certain damages are not linked to your visit, make note of any problem areas when you arrive. message the rental manager right away to record any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a great source for finding the best local spots.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your vacation home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Leave a review! Property managers rely on good feedback to propel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
