The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 18th floor, completely refreshed, 1 bedroom apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is completely furnished with 1 queen size bed, and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The master bedroom offers 1 queen bed and access to a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. The guest bath is located in-between the kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom also offers a closet, dresser, and cable TV. The bedroom has been updated with a modern wall covering, as well as a barn door!
The kitchen is definitely marvelous and features brand new stainless steel appliances, brand new cabinets, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. There are also bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating.
The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. Our guests will appreciate a newly purchased couch as well a new accent chairs, dining table, and stools. This apartment was delightfully decorated in Spring 2021, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The couch converts to a queen-sized sleeper couch.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

Strategies to get the perfect vacation property experience:
Cost saving strategies:
- Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To book the best rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
- Property managers usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which will include special deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Choosing and booking your prefectvacation home:
- Begin by choosing your potential vacation weeks and a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Ocean view one bedroom - Palace 1810 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is often accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email the property manager before you book the vacation property. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach destination you long to visit, search for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. .
- Some rental properties allow pets, but others don't. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask your host about pets before booking.
Considerations for your stay:
- Get the owner's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental. Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Record any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if a dispute is filed.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents a lot of difficulties.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would at home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
