The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch and savor endless vistas of the ocean! The couch converts to a queen-size bed. Guests will be able to sit at the counter using the bar stools and appreciate a meal or a cup of coffee. The queen bed faces the Southern window; wake up and see the ocean! There is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are charming.
The full-size bathroom is located to the left when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity. The bathroom is brand new as of June 2023!

We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Tips and Tricks to get the optimal Myrtle Beach rental experience:
Getting the most from your rental home budget:
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, consider changing your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
- Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Filter your search:
- Select a group lead, choose your vacation week, and choose a spending budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Ocean View Studio~Palace 1505 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly accessible online. If you don't see them listed, email the property manager before you reserve the home. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or costs may be applied to your contract.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you are enamored with, search for homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. .
More tips for your visit:
- Be sure you get the host's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property. Put the host's contact information in your smartphone.
- Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would back home.
- Record any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers disrupting your peace. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on good reviews to compel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
