Something about our building Arcadian II
We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront.
The Tennis Court is available most of the time but if not you can reserve it.
Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Sizable parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your bags in and out.
Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the hordes. If you like the hordes on occasion restaurant row is 2 mins.. Barefoot landing is a 5 min. drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 mins..

Vacation rental tips and tricks:
When to book & When to go:
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserve your rental property in Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
- Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides that include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Selecting and booking the perfect Myrtle Beach rental home:
- Select your vacation week and budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Oceanfront Bold & Stately Condo_Top Listing 2021 Books Early-Family Friendly has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property owner before you book the vacation home. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- Some rentals allow pets, but some do not. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the host about pet restrictions before booking.
- Visiting for a single event or attraction? If so, use a map search to find nearby properties.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
Tips for your stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the directions to your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent many concerns.
- Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
- To make sure damages aren't linked to your family's stay, inspect the property for any problem areas during check in. Contact the rental manager right away to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors disrupting your peace and quiet. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
