Something about our building Arcadian II
We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront.
The Tennis Court is available most of the time but if not you can reserve it.
Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Generous parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your suitcases in and out.
Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the hordes. If you like the hordes on occasion restaurant row is 2 mins.. Barefoot landing is a 5 min. drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 mins..

Myrtle Beach rental booking tips:
When to visit & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:
- The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
- Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking in Fall or Spring months is a good way to save on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Booking websites often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides contain deals for local tours, shops, and attractions.
Planning and choosing the bestrental:
- Choose your vacation week and maximum budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Oceanfront Bold & Stately Condo_Top Listing 2021 Books Early-Family Friendly has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is usually available online. Otherwise, contact the host before booking the property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds.
- Some rental properties allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the host about your furry family members before booking.
- Is your family looking for specific amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
More considerations for your visit:
- Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Save the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
- Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would back home.
- At Check-in, note any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the host. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your quiet neighborhood. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and places you would have never otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a excellent vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
