Sea Mist also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, a sauna, a restaurant, a giant arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to savor before calming in this handsome unit. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid-stay cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Money saving strategies:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To book the best rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
- Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which include special deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Selecting the best rental:
- Begin by choosing the best vacation week and a budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Oceanfront Double Queen Suite-Sea Mist 20601 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally available on booking pages. If not, reach out to the property management company before you reserve the home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to work out what bed configuration is suitable for your vacation family.
- Some rentals allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about pets before booking.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach destination you are crazy about, search for homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
Have a great stay:
- Get the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would at home.
- To make certain that no damages are attributed to your family's visit, note any problem areas upon check in. Make contact with the host right away to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Be respectful. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
- Leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to stimulate more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your experience find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
