A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets supplied?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.

Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024).
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season. During this time, you should receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.

Vacation rental home tips:
Finding the best value:
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To find the best value, change your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
- Property managers typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines contain discounts for local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- First, have your group select the best dates and a spending budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Bright Oceanfront 1br*King*Pool*Sm Dogs*FREE Tickets*W54 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is usually accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, email the property management company before you reserve your home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or charges may be applied to your invoice.
- Are you visiting for a single event or attraction? Try a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
During your stay:
- Get the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental. Store the host's information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent lots of difficulties.
- Lock your rental while you're out and about. Protect your property!
- Upon arrival, make note of any issues with the property and immediately contact the host. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your home life. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would've not otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to inspire new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best rental home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
