The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in River Oaks Golf Villas in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is conveniently located less than a mile off of highway 501 and highway 31 (the two main highways in the area) and within mins. of multiple award winning golf courses! Our condo is less than a 10 min. drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Top Golf, the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and many other tourist attractions. Guests will also have access to an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and tennis courts!


Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the entirely-supplied kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features plentiful counter space, pretty cabinetry, double-compartment sink, full size stainless steel appliances including: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are multiple eateries within a short walk or ride of River Oaks. In addition, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very fashionable food delivery options.

You will also find the stackable washer and dryer tucked back behind the kitchen area! Guests appreciate the convenience of being able to do their laundry in the comfort of the condo!

Across from the kitchen guests will find the first of the two bedrooms. This bedroom features two twin sized beds, nighttime stand between the beds, window for natural light, dresser and closet for storage, flat screen TV, and access to the guest bathroom located just outside the room. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, mirror, and toilet.

Moving right along is the living room which is just past from the kitchen. The living room features 1 couch, huge flat screen TV, accent chair, side tables, coffee table, a modest table and chairs, and access to the private enclosed patio. The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. This apartment was attractively decorated, the new floor and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind!

Across from the living area guests will find the second bedroom. This bedroom is considered the master and features a king sized bed, two nighttime stands, two dressers and a closet for storage, window for natural light, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a standing shower, sizable vanity, enormous mirror, and toilet.


Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

River Oaks is an inland community that features indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, putting greens, golf course vistas, and simple access to the beach and so much more. This apartment is only 2 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is near the beach.
