What to Expect During the Renovation: Minimizing Disruptions
We understand the importance of a calming, enchanting stay for our guests, even as we make these improvements. That’s why our resort will remain open throughout the renovation period. Renovations will begin in early October and are expected to finish by the end of March. We’re working floor by floor in both the Dominican and Cayman buildings, ensuring the least amount of disruption.

Here’s what you can expect during this time:

Construction will only take place during normal business hours, and any noise will be kept to a minimum.
Common areas such as the lobby, exercise center, and game room may be temporarily closed, but we’re doing everything we can to offer alternative amenities when possible.

The Space

The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a King bed, a private bathroom, and a private balcony door for direct access to oceanfront vistas. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, and the third bedroom features two double beds and its own private angled ocean-view balcony. An additional common bathroom is conveniently located at the entrance of the condo.

The living room is a welcoming space with a sleeper couch and a entirely oceanfront balcony on the south corner of the Cayman Tower. From this balcony, you can revel in the expansive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, creating a picture-ideal backdrop for your stay.

The completely equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, basic dishware, cookware, and a six-person dining table for shared meals. These condos are designed to provide you with all the conveniences of home and more.
