We are ready to welcome you to our Oceanfront Queen Efficiency located at the handsome Crown Reef Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach! For the safety of our guests and staff, some services, amenities and outlets may be limited or unavailable during your stay.

Our queen efficiency can sleep up to four guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels, and NO departure cleaning fee. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The reservation payment is non-returnable.
• Any changes made to the reservation, prior to arrival, will incur a $20 fee per change; changes include, but are not limited to date changes and room type changes* You will be charged through Vacation Rental By Owner at the time of making your change.
• No refund for early departures.

*Any changes will require your booking to be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay. Early departures require checkout by 11:00am.

*Animals are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit. Service animals are not considered family pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in. Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this resort is near theme parks and on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach State Park and Huntington Beach State Park. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Get the most from your budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the largest rental home for your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
