Summary:
3rd floor (must climb stairs), Spectacular, Warm and comfortable condo. Very bright and full of light. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club ground, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)
*Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only completely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very cozy condo. Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied) . Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens supplied.
*Free WiFi and cable TV.
*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with pool key only. 1 pool key is placed in the kitchen drawer. Pool key must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $100 charge for each lost or broken pool key.
*Parking is complimentary.
* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Sensational peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, striking landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.
10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
