RECENT GUEST COMMENT: My family and I adored our stay at the Myrtle Beach Resort. Bob's condo is very generously decorated, very clean and comfortable. Bob is a very kind person who is simple to deal with. My damage deposit was returned to me in less than a week after our trip. I would recommend Bob's condo to any of my friends. -Tracy, Knoxville, TN

Strategies to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
When to book a Myrtle Beach rental & When to go:
- Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. Reserve your rental property in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
- Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property managers often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines have deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
How to select the perfect rental home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Select a group lead, select your trip dates, and choose a max budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Winter 2025 rates 25% off----- 28 days or more 55.00 per night. has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly available online. Otherwise, contact the property owner before booking the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to work out what bed configuration is optimal for your trip.
- Does your group require specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
- Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or might be applied to your contract.
During your stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your smartphone.
- Document any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would at home.
- Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to compel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
