Even with the entertainment center Broadway at the Beach® across the street, the ocean a few blocks away, and the generous amusements and adventures of Myrtle Beach within painless reach, you still have plenty of reasons to spend quality family time right at the resort. Or relax on site and savor the exercise center and invigorating pools, miniature golf and game room. You'll never lack something to do.
The condo includes all bed linens, a full kitchen, cable TV, wi-fi, and they clean prior to your stay and went you leave. You just need to take out the trash and clean the dishes before check out.
This is a timeshare resort, however you do not need to attend a sales presentation. I own the week being rented, so you are renting from me. You will check in just like a hotel, and they will ask for a credit card for a deposit, just like a hotel and give you a room key just like a hotel. The are no additional costs over what you pay me, the deposit is for damages and/or overstaying the reservation. When you check-in they will probably suggest you stop at a desk to get discounts for the area. That will be the desk that will sign you up for a presentation...just don't go to the desk, or you can say no thank you.

Tips to get the perfect vacation rental experience:
When to go & When to book:
- Summer time is high season in Myrtle Beach. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
- Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
- Property managers usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
How to choose and book your prefect Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- To start, have your group choose date ranges and a budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. Peaceful resort setting, blocks from the ocean, walk to entertainment has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is commonly available online. If not, call the property manager before booking the rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you are enamored with, browse properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental
- If your group is traveling with pets, search for a property that allows animals. Get information on breed, size, and type requirements. Often, property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
Additional considerations:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
- During check-in, record any issues with the property and immediately contact the property manager. Record all coorespondence.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Be respectful. Often, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your rental while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your family have a excellent vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
