Why rent 2-3 expensive hotel rooms when friends, family, & business associates can stay together, have a kitchen to fix a private meal or savor morning coffee with croissants on the balcony listening to the gentle waves? All this while saving vacation dollars! After a day of exploring all that Myrtle Beach has to offer, relax with board games, puzzles, gaming, a movie, or sitting in the cozy balcony chairs appreciating conversation while viewing the moon's reflection on the Atlantic Ocean. Business travelers can hold or plan meetings or conduct business from their laptops. No driving to the beach as it is just an elevator ride and a few steps away. We are less than a mile from the Convention Center and 1 mile from the heart of Myrtle Beach!

*WHAT TO EXPECT: Upon entering Serenity by the Sea, you'll be delighted with impressive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and sunlight pouring in through the floor to ceiling windows. From the 14th floor the unobstructed vistas of the ocean, beach, and down to Pier 14, the Boardwalk, and the Skywheel are unbeatable! Wake up each morning to the rhythmic sound of the surf and spectacular sunrises! Watch the dolphins play from either balcony! It's time to walk the beach and collect shells, or perhaps walk to a favorite restaurant for breakfast. Do a lot or do nothing! It's your dream vacation!

*Our MASTER BEDROOM has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, ample closet space, and a door to the huge balcony directly overlooking the ocean and beach with both front and side vistas.

*The QUEEN BEDROOM has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, a grand window with beach vistas.

*Our pretty and cozy 3rd "KID'S" BEDROOM has both twin bed and bunk beds with underneath storage, HD flat screen TV with Xbox One video game console (bring your favorite games or try ours). The console can also play Blu Ray and DVD. We have a unique nook for that special reading time. This room is ideal for young kids, teens, and young- at -heart adults!

*The open floor-plan GREAT ROOM offers amazing vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, dining area, comfortable couches (restful FULL sized SOFA-BED and appreciate seat), new coordinated chair, a 50" HD flat screen TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player, plus access to 2 oceanfront balconies. Recently added ROKU so you can watch your favorite streaming services while on vacation. There are 2 room dividers for additional privacy, if desired.

*The completely equipped KITCHEN has full-sized appliances and granite counter-tops, including a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, and an in-unit washing machine and dryer.

*The DINING area has very comfortable table seating for 6 plus 3 swivel barstools with backs for 3 additional persons.

****KID FRIENDLY****!!! With Pack 'n Play Playard for infant, highchair, infant bath, booster seat, and a stroller!

GUEST ACCESS/RESORT AMENITIES:

*You have access to the entire condo and grounds.

The well-maintained grounds and beach with 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool,
3 hot tubs, 1 outdoor and 2 indoor, 1 indoor toddler pool.

*Access to the exercise center and indoor pools/hot tub located in the next building (South Tower);
*The well-maintained grounds of The Palms with beach chairs for calming under the palm trees.

*There are two covered (top floor is open for taller vans) parking structures across the street exclusively for Palms' guests, as well as front and side parking areas.

*We do our own property management so the front desk located in the lobby will not be able to accommodate any room related issues. They will only provide access to the exercise room. Please inform me of any room related issues as soon as possible. Early check-ins? Telephone me, don't ask at the front desk!

We have supplied a video library of over 100 DVD's for various age groups. But perhaps you might want to bring your own favorites or rent the most recent movies locally. The Xbox One console plays both DVD's and Blu Ray discs.

*To keep the carpets, furnishings, and linens looking nice please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms and Family Room!

*Please do not use condo towels/wash cloths to wipe off make-up, suntan lotion, or acne medicine. Use furnished make-up towels or bring your own.

*For the safety of kids, no modest kids are to be left unattended on the balconies or allowed to climb on the outdoor chairs or railing.

*Kids Very Welcome.

*Minimum check-in age is 25.

*Check-in/check-out is Saturday to Saturday only. During the off-season, Nov-Feb, check-in is any day of the week with a 3-nighttime minimum.


*Fireworks and grilling are not allowed on/from the balcony per Myrtle Beach ordinances.

*This is a No-smoking, No family pets resort. The resort will charge $500. for any guest sneaking in pets!

*No Motorcycles or Trailers allowed on premises.

*No enormous events/events allowed.

*Please turn off air conditioning when leaving balcony doors open. This is a must!

*Please put sealed trash bags outside entry door in designated space.

*Please don't leave unsealed food out.

  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To find the best value, consider changing your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
