Our exterminator treats and inspects our unit regularly (monthly) and our cleaners inspect after each guest.
The licensed inspector/exterminator will be able to effortlessly determine if we do indeed have bed bugs or not.
A false claim will cost us money in not only the inspection, but also loss of rental.
We will hold you responsible for covering these costs if there are no bed bugs or any sort of evidence in this condo.
