With a king bed in the primary and sleeper couch in the living room, an open floor plan ideal for mingling, you can savor catching up and calming amongst all the sun and fun!  Watch the waves roll in from your balcony and appreciate a cold drink and home cooked meal after a great day at the beach.  The entirely equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit are just another great feature of our beach villa.

*Carolinian Beach Resort parking garage was designed for modest to moderate sized cars and contains some compact turns. Oversized car parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis only.

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.
