Completed in 2009 and immaculately decorated. Open living room and kitchen with tile floors. 3 BR's with wood floor and 2 BA's with tile floor. Granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. Entirely loaded kitchen. TV's in every bedroom and LR. Giant front porch with furnishings. Extra enormous hanging out area underneath home with bar, stools, chairs and TV. Wi-Fi supplied. Free Golf Cart supplied in rental fee (terms and conditions apply). Enclosed outside shower. Unwind, savor short drive w/ golf cart to the beach, prepare, eat and appreciate the great location and family climate in OLFG. Cleaning fee and towels and linens included in prices. $300 deposit is required and will be refunded pending no-damage inspection.
