Cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with nice sitting area in front and a balcony overlooking a lake in back. Unwind in front of a 55" TV and complimentary WiFi internet. Totally equipped kitchen if you will like to prepare meals or you can savor a multitude of eateries from just blocks away from the condo. A swimming pool is located just off to the side of the building. The bedrooms each has a queen size bed. Free parking is available directly in front of the condo. The condo is on the second floor so you won't hear anyone walking around on the floor above you. This is a NON-SMOKING unit and family pets are NOT ACCEPTED.
Surfside Beach is a family beach and noise and traffic laws are stringently enforced. A new Ocean Pier is located just 3/4 mile at the end of Surfside Drive with many eateries around the area.
