The Space:
Welcome to this beach condo located in a beautiful complex on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach! This condo is filled with natural light and features upgrades throughout!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.

Parking: Simple access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex elevator. 3rd floor. Self check in w keypad.

Kitchen: Totally supplied kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Family room: Access to the balcony. Sleeper couch!

Bedroom 1: Queen bed. TV.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Full bed. TV.

Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway.

Balcony: Peaceful and roomy balcony. Beachfront!

Conveniences: Complex outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor pool combo, hot tub, and exercise center. Moreover, savor the cavernous sun decks. Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA.

Beach: Nearby access!

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner's closet) along with the shared complex pool.

The Neighborhood:
The complex is located in a trendy spot on Shore Drive - which makes for a ideal family vacation.

Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc. Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 2nd Saturday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 6.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.

  • To book the best rental home within budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Myrtle Beach attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let thieves ruin your holiday.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to stimulate future reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
