If you're planning your next vacation, unit 51311 is ideal for a couple or modest family looking to savor a nice, clean, refreshed rental. If more space is needed, rent this room AND others at the SAME resort, possibly even the SAME floor (ask us how)! Aside from the beautiful room, guests will also have access to a full bathroom with vanity, upsized mirror, towels, and starter toiletries. Our guests also appreciate having access to a full kitchen within the apartment. The completely updated kitchen features brand new, stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, new stove, and new microwave. The kitchen is entirely supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to prepare! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of amazing dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very trendy and convenient options as well.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really adore the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were there own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate for the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
Free Wi-Fi and Cable are available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.
*Pools and Jacuzzis will not be available until further notice.*

How to find the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Sticking to your rental budget:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. Reserve your vacation home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
- Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which will include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers bothering your peace. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would've not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let thieves ruin your holiday.
- On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to inspire more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
