If you're planning your next vacation, unit 51311 is ideal for a couple or modest family looking to savor a nice, clean, refreshed rental. If more space is needed, rent this room AND others at the SAME resort, possibly even the SAME floor (ask us how)! Aside from the pretty room, guests will also have access to a full bathroom with vanity, upsized mirror, towels, and starter toiletries. Our guests also appreciate having access to a full kitchen within the apartment. The completely updated kitchen features brand new, stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, new stove, and new microwave. The kitchen is entirely supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to prepare! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of marvelous dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very trendy and convenient options as well.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were there own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate for the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
Free Wi-Fi and Cable are available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.
*Pools and Jacuzzis will not be available until further notice.*

How to find the best rental experience:
Sticking to a spending plan:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
- Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To book the best rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property management companies often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guides contain discounts for local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
How to choose and book your prefectrental:
- First and foremost, have your group agree to date ranges and a max budget.
- Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Updated King Suite - Perfect for 2-4 Guests! Sea Mist 51311 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is often available online. If they are not listed, email or call the host before you book the vacation home. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or applied to your contract.
- Visiting for a specific event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
Considerations for your stay:
- Be sure you get the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental. Put the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
- Record any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if damages are assessed.
- Respect the neighborhood. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
- Did your family have a great vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
