To start, the entire condo was newly painted with modern and welcoming colors. Brand-new luxury vinyl laminate floors were installed in the main living space! The main living space also features 1 new queen bed frame and bed, new futon that converts to a full size bed, new huge wall mounted TV with basic cable, new desk with storage, new dresser for storage, new decor and accents, and access to the private ocean view balcony. Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
Due to guest feedback, we have newly lowered the cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

We are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us, and we look forward to hosting you!

Rental property booking tips:
Get the most from your rental budget:
- Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
- Booking websites usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which will include special deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
How to choose the best rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Start by choosing your the best vacation week and a budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Upscale and Modern Ocean View Queen Suite!- Sea Mist 50707 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is usually accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, call the property owner before reserving the vacation property. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to work out which bed configuration is best for your group.
- Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? Use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or may be applied to your contract.
Know before you go:
- Be sure you get the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property.
- To make sure damages are not linked to your visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during check in. Make contact with the rental manager right away to record any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, television set or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many problems.
- Be a good neighbor. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let thieves ruin your family vacation.
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a fantastic stay? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
