Waterway home is the ideal hideaway for a multi family, amazing friend hideaway , golf trip or couple's vacation. The vistas are spectacular from any room in the home. The home also comes with an broad pier and dock area with your own private boat ramp. Dock area also has a floating dock with simple storage for your watercraft. Whether you like to fish, kayak or just relax, the waterway home has it all! The Space: The Waterway home has been completely refreshed Jan/2025. This home will host 16 guests comfortably. Rest painless with 2 Master bedrooms each featuring King beds with extravagant beds to ensure a good nightssleep. Each of the 4 bedrooms have there own private bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds with dreamy beds. Bedroom 4 will sleep 8 people, 2 queen beds, and 4 twin bunk beds. This bedroom also has a private bath with a shower/tub combo and a huge walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TV’s. A full size washer and dryer add to convenience of your stay. Appreciate the expansive waterway sitting in the Bedswing from the sizable screened in porch off back. A enormous completely equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances ensuring seamless cooking experience. The living area is roomy with expansive leather sectional with 65 inch huge screen intelligent TV. Outdoor Bliss: As of May 2025, the Waterway House will boast a new pool with a sizable tanning ledge to appreciate all the sites of the waterway living. A well equipped outdoor kitchen area right at the pool area with a large flat screen TV will enhance all of the outdoor living experience. Also, outdoor ping pong, corn hole boards or kayaking are among the many activities you can savor! 1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. 2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors. 3. Check-in is 4:00 pm on and Check-out is 10:00 am. 4. No family pets allowed. Violiation will result in immediate eviction without refund and additional charges will be applied.
