The soft sand of Myrtle Beach is two blocks - a four-min. walk - from this darling townhouse, a well-appointed, two-story space with an outdoor community pool that makes a magnificent home base for beach-goers, golfers, and those looking to savor the many attractions close by.The patio out back is fenced for your privacy. Free parking in front of the bungalow.

This bungalow is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South on the Myrtle Beach, just mins. to all attractions, shopping and dining. Play a few rounds of golf in the Golf Capitol of the World with over 100 championship courses to choose from; shopping at the two Tanger Outlets and the assorted mall and shopping centers; take adventure on a fishing charter, kayaking and scuba diving; visit Broadway at the beach for assortment of dining choice and entertaining museums like WonderWorks, the Hollywood Wax Museum......

We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. The home door is controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by e-mail and text message.
Only two cars allowed in the complex, one is with our condo number, the other could be anywhere without a number.
