THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND UNIT. .THERE IS ONLY ONE PER FLOORING AND THIS UNIT ONE OF THE HIGHER UP FLOORS WHICH GIVES IT A UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF THE OCEAN. ALSO THIS UNIT IS VERY PRIVATE BEING AN END UNIT IT SITS BY ITSELF IN THE WHOLE SOUTH BLOCK OF THE BUILDING SO YOU HAVE NO DIRECT NEIGHBORS..WHAT MAKES THIS UNIT UNIQUE IS THE WRAP AROUND 200 SQ FOOT BALCONY THAT IS HUGGGEEEE. THE WHOLE LIVING ROOM IS FLOORING TO CEILING GLASS THAT WRAPS AROUND AND YOU CAN ENOUGH ACCESS THE BALCONY FROM THE BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM WHICH MAKES IT VERY UNIQUE FOR A ONE BEDROOM. THIS CONDO IS MADE LIKE AN ACTUAL CONDO NOT LIKE A HOTEL ROOM AS YOU WALK INTO A FOYER INSTEAD OF THE BEDROOM. THIS UNIT BOASTS ALMOST 1000 SQ FT COMBINING THE INSIDE AND THE LARGE BALCONY. THE KITCHEN IS EQUPPED WITH NEW GRANITE, BACKSPLASH, AND A COMBO VENTLESS WASHER AND DRYER THE BEDROOM IS OVER SIZED HAS A PILLOW TOP KING, LARGE WINDOW LOOKING OVER THE CITY, AND A LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV. THE LIVING ROOM IS EQUIPPED WITH A SLEEPER SOFA, PULL DOWN MURPHY BED, 65" TV/ CUSTOM FLOORING THROUGHOUT, 2 SETS OF HIGH TOP SITTING ADIRONDACK PATIO FURNITURE TO LOOK OVER INTO THE OCEAN. this outstanding unit is located in the MOST REQUESTED Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower. The Pinnacle is a part of the bigger resort with over 750 ft of ocean frontage, including the Compass Cove North Tower, where I also own/rent a 1BR
The number one resort in Myrtle beach. With over 23 pools and water features this resort is top rated family resort in area. Has 2 different indoor water park areas, Several hot tubs,3 different lazy rivers, 2 being indoor. a HUGE kids water park, , .. This resort has the biggest pool deck in myrtle beach stretching across 720 ft of beach access. Once you visit this marvelous resort you will never want to visit another resort when visiting Myrtle Beach.
WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME
1)I DO NOT charge credit card costs like most on here – The Payment system charges us 3% every booking. Most owners direct that back to guest but I eat that myself
2) I DO NOT charge any silly administration or booking costs like most on here – Sneaky way of owners charging guest more money… I do not operate like that.
3)I DO NOT charge any silly damage waiver costs like most on here – Once again a sneaky way for owners to get more money…I don’t do that.
4) I have had the same linen/cleaning fee since the beginning of time for my guest…a SIMPLE 99 dollars. My actual cost for this service has rose over the past few years due to the demand and economy rising but yet I kept the same price for my guests as it cost me much more. On top of that I offer more towels then most units so once again I eat that difference in cost.
Long story is short is no one wants to go to book a unit and see like 10 different random charges so I try to keep it simple as can be. (Vacation Rental By Owner charges service fee which I have no control over)
Rental Rules and Regulations

3).Parking Passes are included. Approx 8-10 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are entirely made also). As we all know , vrbo units(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8-10 towels sets instead of most units on here as most only offer 2-4 towel sets
4) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No home events.
