Myrtle Beach is the hub of the Grandiose Strand, a 60-mile string of South Carolina Atlantic coast beaches. Along it's beachfront boardwalk are arcades, souvenir stands and eateries, as well as the old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the SkyWheel, at 187-feet the country’s second tallest Ferris wheel.
Myrtle Beach is also known for it's celebrity-designed golf courses. There are also roughly 100 golf courses in and around Myrtle Beach.
Plus, with over 1,500 eateries along the Grand Strand, it'll take a lifetime to eat at all of them!
Also, be careful when looking at other host's or management company accommodations. Beware of artificially low prices and pay special attention to the "Cleaning costs". Some management companies charge $145 - $400 for a 1 bedroom. WOW!

We take cleaning seriously! All our condos are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Fresh linens and towels are supplied with each rental. We also use bleach wipes on all frequently touched surfaces.

Guest access
The morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number, resort access code and condo unit access code. The entire condo and balcony are yours to appreciate! Also you will have unrestricted access to ALL the many onsite resort amenities!!!
Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your car at all times while parked on property.
You will also find a white resort ACCESS card which must be used for the parking garage and indoor pool. For your added security, the doors entering the main building are locked 24/7 and will require either the resort card or a supplied resort access code to enter.
A lost or damaged ACCESS card will result in a $50 charge against your deposit. Lost or damaged wristbands $10 each charged against your deposit. Lost key $25 charge.
Secured parking garage available for both motorbikes and golf carts...as well as passenger cars. Trailers ARE allowed on a first come, first serve basis.
Wristbands will be supplied (one for each registered guest). These wristbands must be worn in all the pool areas at all times!
NO MORE THAN 4 WRISTBANDS WILL BE ISSUED PER CONDO. (Lost or damaged, $10 ea.)
