Striking, unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean, the beach, our heated pool/infant pool, the handsome courtyard, and Apache Pier! We do not overlook the parking lot! This condo is ideal for picky people!
You will find this pretty, light, and bright condo elegantly decorated and refreshed with a newer kitchen, new baths, bedroom carpeting, newer floor, and great machine-washable, slipcovered couches! Our condo has a comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. It also has two full baths (one right off the master for privacy). You'll adore the balcony off the living room and main bedroom. We have a great modern kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area with newer stainless-steel appliances and Silestone counters (a nonporous surface that resists bacteria, stains, and viruses). The two bathrooms were refreshed with beautiful ceramic tile, a new, awesome deep tub, new commodes, Silestone counters, and new floors!! There are three HDTVs (42' in the living room, TVs in the primary and 2nd bedroom!). You'll appreciate the shining, fresh, clean SHEETS and TOWELS we provide for you.
DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN!! One of the greatest benefits of this condo is that there are no streets or dunes to cross to get to the ocean…we are directly ON THE OCEAN and we have plenty of complimentary parking right next to our building! This condo is RED HOT and striking!

FABULOUS HEATED POOL ON PROPERTY: You'll LOVE our deep, heated pool! Our 3’ to 8’ deep pool is heated in the Spring (April/May) and Fall (September/October) months for your extended-season enjoyment. There is also an infant pool for the little kiddos.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: This condo is located on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach, SC. It is on the 2nd floor -- the third condo from the ocean and has one of the most "out of this world" OCEAN FRONT vistas of the beach, our amazing pool, and the impressive Atlantic Ocean. Our beachfront condo is located near everything you want to do…outlet-style shopping, entertainment, activities and attractions, out of this world celebrity golf, impressive eateries, wine tasting, beachfront boardwalk and arcades, souvenir stands, amusement park and the Sky Wheel--one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels.
BALCONY: Of course! While sitting on our balcony, you will savor watching the dolphins frolic in the ocean while you drink your morning coffee (on our tall balcony chairs), and be able to watch the kids in our oceanfront swimming pool while you have a nice glass of wine in the evening. Well, the bottom line is you’re going to appreciate this condo as the vistas are unbelievable! This condo is really a cut above!
BBQ GRILLS AND PICNIC AREA ON PREMISES: Bon appetite! Our complex has an striking BBQ and picnic area with three huge grilles. It is located in our courtyard and is ideal for grilling a delicious steak, seafood (you may have caught in the ocean), or even hot dogs and burgers!
HEALTH AND SAFETY: ENHANCED CLEANING and safety measures have been, and will continue to be, implemented at this property to ensure the safety of our guests. This Property is being thoroughly cleaned with both Clorox cleaners and Lysol disinfectants.
CONTACT-COMPLIMENTARY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT! Our guests are able to check-in and check-out without any person-to-person contact!
LAUNDRY: We have TWO huge laundry rooms in our building! Washers and dryers are conveniently located just down the hall from the condo as well as a second one on the third floor for your use, too. (Approximately $2.00 per load to wash/dry.)
HOME RULES: We want to succeed with keeping our condo safe for you during these trying times and make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody. Guests must be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout their stay.
PARTIES: We hope you have a lot of laughter and fun times during your vacation! In order to preserve the unit’s pristine quality, increase your enjoyment and ensure enhanced cleanliness for our guests’ safety, we must limit the number of guests to four (4) people, max., staying in the condo. This includes adults, kids and infants. Also, for your safety and enhanced health, we do have to set some restrictions on the number of visitors. Parties or sizable gatherings of any kind are stringently prohibited. This is for your protection, our cleaners’ protection and our future guests’ protection. Any modest gathering must comply with our other home rules regarding noise, the building and visitor numbers. We’d really appreciate it if you would be mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.
Vacation Rental By Owner CALENDAR: Our calendar and prices are generally up to date. The dates you enter on the Request Dates area of the database are available if the Calendar shows them to be available. This unit is generally rented from Saturday to Saturday with the exception of October and the winter months (November, December, January and February).

Our condo is at the ideal area for splashing around in the Atlantic and lying on the beach because we’re located on a dead-end street that’s not too busy and just steps away from Apache Pier—one of the longest wooden piers on the East Coast.
